Reward distribution
Every place in both pools, and how the raffle is drawn.

$12,000 for the top three, plus a $6,000 raffle.
The raffle is shared between 40 randomly drawn solvers. A solver qualifies with at least a 3 percent improvement.
The baseline resets to wherever the frontier stands at the end of Week 1, and only improvements pushed from that point count toward the Weeks 2 and 3 pool and the raffle. Week 1 improvements do not carry forward: early entrants can take very large gains simply by being first, and carrying those forward would make the later rounds unwinnable for anyone who joins afterwards.
